It's easy to think of crunchy snacks as greasy, salty chips or buttery popcorn.

But good news: These Juicy Jungle Apple Bites offer the same satisfying crunch,

but with a plethora of vitamins and all-natural flavors. 🍎 Apples are high in a fiber called pectin, which slows digestion and boosts satiety. Meanwhile, Greek yogurt offers a great dose of protein, which also keeps tummies from rumbling until dinner.

Step 1

Set out 1 apple, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup blueberries.

Step 2

Mash the blueberries into the yogurt. 

Step 3

Step 4

Slice apple and sprinkle each slice with yogurt mixture.

Top with 1 Tbsp cinnamon and 1 Tbsp coconut flakes.
