Banana Citrus Granita

A fruit-filled dessert for summer • Fun to make with your little ones!

Hi, Malty friends! We have a question for you:

What are your favorite things about summer?

Is it the longer days? The chance to relax at the beach? ☀️

Our top favorite thing: summer reading (it's why we love bringing Malty the Blue Tiger to the park and beach—these summer months are such a good opportunity for learning new vocabulary with little ones!). Our second favorite thing? Delicious summer treats! We upgraded the classic snow cone you might find at the beach for this fruit-packed Banana Citrus Granita, and we can't get enough of its bright, sweet flavor!

It sounds fancy, but it's anything but complicated. We know you'd rather be tossing the beach ball around this summer than standing around in the kitchen, so we simplified the process down to three steps. Easy peasy. 🙃

Be sure to show us how your granita turns out! Use the hashtag #MaltyTheBlueTiger to check in with the rest of the Malty community! Happy summer-ing! 😎

Hugs and roars,

Your Malty Friends 💙
