Step 1
Cut a piece of blue foam into two squares.
Apply glue to two adjacent edges of one square; place the second square on top. There should be two unglued edges that allow you to slide the square onto a page.

Paint a tiger face onto the square!
If desired, add wiggly eyes and extra pieces of foam
for ears.
